A small number of private gatherings are accepted each year.
Gumbank opens its doors for only a handful of private occasions each year, so every gathering has the whole property to itself. There are no back-to-back bookings and no shared spaces, only your people, a 1843 homestead and time to enjoy it.
We provide exclusive use of the homestead, grounds and shearing shed, accommodation for 7 and selected furniture.
You bring your choice of caterers, florists, stylists and musicians.

Gumbank is a dry-hire venue: you bring your own caterer, drinks and stylist and we share a list of trusted local suppliers.

Celebrations take place in the shearing shed and grounds; the homestead is reserved for your overnight guests only.

Long tables seat up to 30 in the shearing shed and gatherings of up to 200 can be held outdoors.

Music and service finish at midnight, with guest transfers recommended.
